April 9, 2025: United States Congressional Testimony
I testified before the U.S. House Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government during a hearing titled "Ending Lawfare Against Whistleblowers Who Protect Children."
Myself and Dr. Eithan Haim shared our stories to the members of the committee, chaired by Congressman Chip Roy, including the actions by the former Biden/Harris DOJ in sending FBI agents to our homes. The hearing elevated our concerns about pediatric gender medicine, hospital transparency, government retaliation against whistleblowers, and the need for stronger protections for those who expose wrongdoing.
For the first time, my story and the experiences of other whistleblowers were formally examined before Congress.
April 2025: Office of Civil Rights Investigation into TCH
Days after the congressional hearing, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights announced a formal investigation into Texas Children's Hospital regarding my termination and religious discrimination.
This announcement also included the creation of new federal whistleblower reporting portal designed to protect healthcare workers who come forward with concerns involving pediatric gender-transition interventions or suspicions of illegal activity.

July 2025: Federal Trade Commission Hearing
The Federal Trade Commission launched a national inquiry into whether consumers and families had been subjected to unfair or deceptive practices regarding pediatric gender-transition treatments.
I was invited to testify at this hearing hosted by the FTC titled “The Dangers of Gender Affirming Care for Minors.” The FTC facilitated numerous panels where whistleblowers, parents, detransitioners, physicians, and medical experts came together to examine whether the risks and outcomes of these interventions had been accurately represented to families.
